Bechtech Automotive — Service Authorization, Payment & Warranty Terms

1. “YES, DO THIS WORK”

I hereby authorize Bechtech Automotive to perform the services described in the accompanying work order and to supply all necessary parts, fluids, and materials required to complete those services.

2. “YOU MAY DRIVE MY CAR ON PUBLIC ROADS”

I grant permission for Bechtech Automotive staff to operate my vehicle on public roads for purposes of testing, inspection, and delivery.

3. “NO PAYMENT, NO KEYS”

I acknowledge an express mechanic’s lien on my vehicle to secure payment for all authorized services. Vehicle keys and possession will not be released until the balance due is paid in full.

4. “ONLINE COMMUNICATION OK”

I consent to receive estimates, work orders, invoices, and related communications electronically via email or other digital platforms from Bechtech Automotive. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help or STOP to opt-out of SMS communications.

5. “HERE’S MY SIGNATURE”

I agree that the attached or captured digital signature is legally equivalent to my handwritten signature and confirms my acceptance of these terms and the related work order.

6. PAYMENT & LATE-FEE POLICY

Payment in full is due upon completion of the agreed services and vehicle release.

Unpaid invoices will incur a $30.00 late-payment fee per calendar day beginning the day after the invoice due date.

Accounts left unpaid may be assigned to a licensed collection agency for recovery.

You agree to reimburse Bechtech Automotive (“Creditor”) for any and all collection agency fees, which will be added to your account at the time it is placed for collection.

These fees may be based on a percentage of the outstanding balance, up to a maximum of 35% of the total debt, and

Include all reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred during collection efforts.

Partial payments do not stop late-fee accrual unless the invoice is paid in full.

7. WARRANTY TERMS – 90 DAYS / 3 MONTHS

This limited warranty covers most repairs and related labor under the conditions below.

Warranty period begins on the service date and ends at the earlier of:

90 calendar days / 3 months after service, or

The date the vehicle is sold or transferred.

This warranty is non-transferable.

Replacement of a covered part does not extend the warranty period.

Limit: one (1) claim per warranty term.

Warranty coverage cannot exceed the amount of the original invoice.

All warranty claims must be presented at Bechtech Automotive, and all warranty work must be performed by Bechtech Automotive.

Work performed elsewhere voids this warranty.

Warranty work will be scheduled as shop time allows and is not given priority.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS — NO EXCEPTIONS.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

A. Normal wear and tear.

B. Failures caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or off-road use.

C. Failures resulting from accident, collision, road hazard, or acts of nature.

D. Failures caused by lack of proper maintenance or deviation from factory specifications.

E. Damage to other components caused by a covered failure, or vice versa.

F. Stretched or low-profile tires.

G. Alignment adjustments requested more than 3 business days after the service date.

H. Customer-supplied parts.

I. Ride-height adjustments requested more than 2 business days after vehicle pick-up.
